Chandler Unified School District Facility Rental User,

District-owned facilities are available for public use pursuant to Arizona Revised Statues 15-1105 et seg. Our Governing Board has adopted the spirit and intent of the public law by opening District facilities to the public. In doing so however, the District cannot subject itself or its residents to liability not otherwise assumed in the normal course of operations.

Chandler has developed a Tier Facility use structure. To help with your facility rental needs, please read the Tier definitions below and proceed to the tab for more information. Our goal is to ensure a positive relationship between our facility user and Chandler Unified School District. Tier I The purpose of the T1 facility use is for a meeting or informational use. No participation fees are generated as a revenue source by the requestor. Fees for use are delineated by a class structure. In order to determine Class use, the organization and/or its purpose will be considered.
Tier II The purpose of the T2 facility use is to generate revenue by charging participants fees.
Tier III The purpose of the T3 facility use is for C.U.S.D. employees to run a fee-based camp or clinic in which 100% revenue over cost directly benefits C.U.S.D. students.
Tier IV The purpose of the T4 facility use is for IGA'S (Inter Governmental Agreements) and Contracts approved by the C.U.S.D. Superintendency. Only the Superintendency has the authority to change or waive fees based on the benefit to C.U.S.D. and our students.
